Instead of major layout changes, this kitchen remodel focused on meaningful upgrades: a larger island, full-height cabinetry, and a custom-built pantry with an integrated coffee bar. Elegant mullion glass cabinets and new appliances elevated the space, improving storage and daily efficiency while preserving the heart of the home.

Clean lines and soft finishes now define this spa-like bathroom remodel. A freestanding tub and larger shower, paired with neutral tones and custom cabinetry, transformed the space into a calming, modern retreat. Every inch was considered to create more openness, light, and useful storage without sacrificing style.

This award-winning project converted a traditional second-floor hallway layout into a stunning primary suite. The showpiece is a zero-entry wet room featuring a soaking tub and large shower, flanked by a custom double vanity and vintage-inspired details. The result is a sophisticated, luxurious retreat tailored to daily living.

What was once an unfinished basement is now a light-filled extension of the home’s main and outdoor spaces. A 15-foot accordion door opens the space to nature, while a gym, game room, guest suite, and living room with a custom bar area serves family and guests alike. Structural challenges were overcome to deliver beauty and seamless functionality.

This top-to-bottom redesign brought fresh life to a dated kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen was expanded into the bay window for better views and more storage, and a second island now offers extra seating. A powder room was cleverly added near future outdoor amenities, and the laundry room became a beautiful, functional space.
