St. Louis, MO—Liston Design Build was named an award winner of the 2018 annual Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri’s (HBA) Awards Program on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at a ceremony at Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles, MO. The awards honor excellence in the home building industry and are divided into three categories: Homes of the Year, Marketing & Advertising, and Personal Achievement.
This marks the third year in a row the company has won HBA awards. This year, Liston Design Build won Custom Home of the Year, Bathroom Remodeling Project of the Year ($50-75,000 Budget), and Aging in Place Redesign Remodeling Project of the Year for three 2018 remodeling projects.
The previous year, the company won Remodeling Project of the Year, Overall Redesign, Under $300,000; Kitchen Remodeling Project of the Year; and Remodeling Project of the Year, Miscellaneous Project.
