Discovery
Our process begins with simply learning about you and your home. (Don’t worry, you don’t have to have it all figured out. That’s why we’re here!) You will sit down with one of our designers — your main point of contact throughout the entire process — to discuss your vision for the space, budget parameters, project goals, and more. We will listen to your wants and needs and will share our thoughts to get the conversation rolling. This collaboration sets the foundation for creating something truly amazing together.
Design & Develop
Floor plans first for your new space! And then you will accompany your Designer to industry-exclusive showrooms to choose your finishes and fixtures. We will guide you — defining and explaining everything along the way — to ensure your vision for the space is realized.
Plans will then be finalized, materials specified, and your project timeline and scope of work will be created. We will also provide full color renderings, so you can see what the end product will look like before hammer hits nail — and we can also make tweaks to the design in real time so you are completely happy with how the “after” will look. You will also be provided with a construction agreement with fixed pricing, so there are no surprises.
Build & Service
All the pre-work has been done. Now, it is time to start making your space perfect! Our team of skilled craftsmen go to work to begin creating your new space. You will work closely with your Production Manager and Designer through the entire process keeping lines of communication open. In addition, you have access to an app with your construction schedule, all documents related to your project, and contact information for everyone involved so you remain informed throughout.
Once your project is completed, we will perform a final walk-through with you to ensure we exceeded all of your expectations — 2-year guarantee included!
