Master Bath Remodel in Ladue
In this older Ladue home, the homeowners found it impossible for both of them to get ready at the same time in their less-than-functional master bath. With a pedestal sink, no storage, and a one-piece tub/shower unit, the bathroom lacked the storage and workspace the couple desired. Keeping only the toilet in place, the room was expanded in two directions. Available square footage was taken from the master bedroom and an adjoining closet and hallway, and space was created to add a new air bath tub, a separate shower, and a large vanity with lots of counter space and storage. Now, the couple finds it easy and comfortable to be in their refreshed and enhanced master bath.

We have had many construction projects over the past 15 years and two homes. Liston Design Build is the only company I would recommend with high confidence to others. There communication was excellent. They made sure we were aware of all issues and used a great calendar application to help us know what to expect each day. They were working on a master bath project while we were still in the master bedroom. Cleaned up every night, respectful at all times. They gutted our bathroom, added space from closets, replaced all water pipes (our cold water froze last winter which forced us to start this project) and replaced my sons shower to make it look just like it was before — wanted to keep the same feel since only the shower was getting replaced. We had a few delays and were aware of them and why (our plumber went out of town the week the tiles was finished and we wanted him to complete the piping – he recommend the company to us originally – that was the largest delay. At the end the hired a company to clean all the new space as well as the bathroom the construction men used during the process. I love my new bathroom and still really like our contractor! When we do our kitchen we will hire Liston Design Build!
