Remodeling Project of the Year, Kitchen—Spruce Forest Drive
This award-winning kitchen transformation reimagined an undersized space into a chef’s kitchen designed for cooking, entertaining, and everyday life. By combining the former kitchen and dining room, Liston Design Build created an open layout with improved flow, custom cabinetry, premium appliances, and polished farmhouse warmth. Thoughtful details and purposeful design delivered a kitchen scaled beautifully to the home and how its owners truly live.

Remodeling Project of the Year, Kitchen—Boschert Creek
What began as a desire for more entertaining space became a lesson in thoughtful design. Rather than expanding the footprint, Liston Design Build reimagined the existing layout to create a spacious kitchen with increased storage, a large gathering island, a dedicated bar area, and a charming coffee station. This project blended two functions rarely combined so seamlessly: home office and entertaining support space. Liston Design Build transformed an underutilized corner into a custom butler’s pantry with integrated storage, workspace functionality, and beautiful architectural detail. Rich cabinetry, layered textures, and thoughtful organization created one of the hardest-working rooms in the home—equal parts practical and polished.
